Ik ben begonnen met werken in Cambodja via VSO (Volunteer Organisation Overseas) voor 2 jaar als Human Resource Development Adviseur bij het Ministerie van Bosbouw, Landbouw en Visserij in Cambodia. Ik woon in een fijn appartement in de hoofdstad van Cambodia, Phnom Penh en mag (gelukkig) ook wat zakenreizen gaan maken naar enkele provinciale kantoren. Zo zal ik een groter deel van het land gaan leren kennen. De opdracht was om een HR Development plan op te zetten en te implementeren voor zowel de centrale als de decentrale staf. Omdat HR onbekend is binnen de overheid van Cambodja, zochten ze externe hulp. Ik heb in 2011 in samenwerking met de Cambodjaanse staf van HRD een stapje voorwaarts kunnen zetten in 2012 door opzetten en uitvoeren van een trainingsprogramma en een ontwikkelingen van een HRD Beleid voor de komende 9 jaar en HRD plannen voor de komende drie jaar. Helaas kon ik de implementatie van de plannen niet zelf doen - wegens capaciteit bij de organisatie zelf en de taalproblemen - en was ik genoodzaakt om eerder mijn opdracht te verlaten dan gewenst. Ik heb echter gezorgd dat ze andere externe ondersteuning krijgen in 2012 voor de implementatie van de plannen.
Sinds 9 Januari 2012 werk ik voor Oxfam Australie in Cambodja als Change en HR Manager. Oxfam International heeft besloten om de acht verschillende Oxfam's die werken in Cambodia samen te voegen in een Single Management Structure. Vier zullen hun eigen staf houden in de nieuwe organisatie structuur en de andere vier zullen sluiten en hun projecten overhevelen naar anderen. Oxfam Australie is een van de laatste vier en zal zijn provinciale kantoren gaan sluiten in Juni 2012 en het kantoor in Phnom Penh in december 2012. Mijn opdracht is om te helpen in dit proces en het management en de staf ondersteunen in de HR aspecten ervan. Een groot deel van mijn tijd zal ik besteden aan 1 op 1 coaching van de staf, in het vinden van een nieuwe baan. Wellicht dat ik de laatste maanden van 2012 ook consultancy ga doen voor de andere Oxfam kantoren, maar het zou zelfs kunnen dat ik gevraagd wordt om te helpen bij Oxfam Australie in Laos. Spannende zaken dus!

Working and Living in Cambodia
Omschrijving:
Ik ben begonnen met werken in Cambodja via VSO (Volunteer Organisation Overseas) voor 2 jaar als Human Resource Development Adviseur bij het Ministerie van Bosbouw, Landbouw en Visserij in Cambodia. Ik woon in een fijn appartement in de hoofdstad van Cambodia, Phnom Penh en mag (gelukkig) ook wat zakenreizen gaan maken naar enkele provinciale kantoren. Zo zal ik een groter deel van het land gaan leren kennen. De opdracht was om een HR Development plan op te zetten en te implementeren voor zowel de centrale als de decentrale staf. Omdat HR onbekend is binnen de overheid van Cambodja, zochten ze externe hulp. Ik heb in 2011 in samenwerking met de Cambodjaanse staf van HRD een stapje voorwaarts kunnen zetten in 2012 door opzetten en uitvoeren van een trainingsprogramma en een ontwikkelingen van een HRD Beleid voor de komende 9 jaar en HRD plannen voor de komende drie jaar. Helaas kon ik de implementatie van de plannen niet zelf doen - wegens capaciteit bij de organisatie zelf en de taalproblemen - en was ik genoodzaakt om eerder mijn opdracht te verlaten dan gewenst. Ik heb echter gezorgd dat ze andere externe ondersteuning krijgen in 2012 voor de implementatie van de plannen.
Sinds 9 Januari 2012 werk ik voor Oxfam Australie in Cambodja als Change en HR Manager. Oxfam International heeft besloten om de acht verschillende Oxfam's die werken in Cambodia samen te voegen in een Single Management Structure. Vier zullen hun eigen staf houden in de nieuwe organisatie structuur en de andere vier zullen sluiten en hun projecten overhevelen naar anderen. Oxfam Australie is een van de laatste vier en zal zijn provinciale kantoren gaan sluiten in Juni 2012 en het kantoor in Phnom Penh in december 2012. Mijn opdracht is om te helpen in dit proces en het management en de staf ondersteunen in de HR aspecten ervan. Een groot deel van mijn tijd zal ik besteden aan 1 op 1 coaching van de staf, in het vinden van een nieuwe baan. Wellicht dat ik de laatste maanden van 2012 ook consultancy ga doen voor de andere Oxfam kantoren, maar het zou zelfs kunnen dat ik gevraagd wordt om te helpen bij Oxfam Australie in Laos. Spannende zaken dus!

Working and Living in Cambodia
Omschrijving:
Ik ben begonnen met werken in Cambodja via VSO (Volunteer Organisation Overseas) voor 2 jaar als Human Resource Development Adviseur bij het Ministerie van Bosbouw, Landbouw en Visserij in Cambodia. Ik woon in een fijn appartement in de hoofdstad van Cambodia, Phnom Penh en mag (gelukkig) ook wat zakenreizen gaan maken naar enkele provinciale kantoren. Zo zal ik een groter deel van het land gaan leren kennen. De opdracht was om een HR Development plan op te zetten en te implementeren voor zowel de centrale als de decentrale staf. Omdat HR onbekend is binnen de overheid van Cambodja, zochten ze externe hulp. Ik heb in 2011 in samenwerking met de Cambodjaanse staf van HRD een stapje voorwaarts kunnen zetten in 2012 door opzetten en uitvoeren van een trainingsprogramma en een ontwikkelingen van een HRD Beleid voor de komende 9 jaar en HRD plannen voor de komende drie jaar. Helaas kon ik de implementatie van de plannen niet zelf doen - wegens capaciteit bij de organisatie zelf en de taalproblemen - en was ik genoodzaakt om eerder mijn opdracht te verlaten dan gewenst. Ik heb echter gezorgd dat ze andere externe ondersteuning krijgen in 2012 voor de implementatie van de plannen.
Sinds 9 Januari 2012 werk ik voor Oxfam Australie in Cambodja als Change en HR Manager. Oxfam International heeft besloten om de acht verschillende Oxfam's die werken in Cambodia samen te voegen in een Single Management Structure. Vier zullen hun eigen staf houden in de nieuwe organisatie structuur en de andere vier zullen sluiten en hun projecten overhevelen naar anderen. Oxfam Australie is een van de laatste vier en zal zijn provinciale kantoren gaan sluiten in Juni 2012 en het kantoor in Phnom Penh in december 2012. Mijn opdracht is om te helpen in dit proces en het management en de staf ondersteunen in de HR aspecten ervan. Een groot deel van mijn tijd zal ik besteden aan 1 op 1 coaching van de staf, in het vinden van een nieuwe baan. Wellicht dat ik de laatste maanden van 2012 ook consultancy ga doen voor de andere Oxfam kantoren, maar het zou zelfs kunnen dat ik gevraagd wordt om te helpen bij Oxfam Australie in Laos. Spannende zaken dus!

Working and Living in Cambodia
Omschrijving:
Ik ben begonnen met werken in Cambodja via VSO (Volunteer Organisation Overseas) voor 2 jaar als Human Resource Development Adviseur bij het Ministerie van Bosbouw, Landbouw en Visserij in Cambodia. Ik woon in een fijn appartement in de hoofdstad van Cambodia, Phnom Penh en mag (gelukkig) ook wat zakenreizen gaan maken naar enkele provinciale kantoren. Zo zal ik een groter deel van het land gaan leren kennen. De opdracht was om een HR Development plan op te zetten en te implementeren voor zowel de centrale als de decentrale staf. Omdat HR onbekend is binnen de overheid van Cambodja, zochten ze externe hulp. Ik heb in 2011 in samenwerking met de Cambodjaanse staf van HRD een stapje voorwaarts kunnen zetten in 2012 door opzetten en uitvoeren van een trainingsprogramma en een ontwikkelingen van een HRD Beleid voor de komende 9 jaar en HRD plannen voor de komende drie jaar. Helaas kon ik de implementatie van de plannen niet zelf doen - wegens capaciteit bij de organisatie zelf en de taalproblemen - en was ik genoodzaakt om eerder mijn opdracht te verlaten dan gewenst. Ik heb echter gezorgd dat ze andere externe ondersteuning krijgen in 2012 voor de implementatie van de plannen.
Sinds 9 Januari 2012 werk ik voor Oxfam Australie in Cambodja als Change en HR Manager. Oxfam International heeft besloten om de acht verschillende Oxfam's die werken in Cambodia samen te voegen in een Single Management Structure. Vier zullen hun eigen staf houden in de nieuwe organisatie structuur en de andere vier zullen sluiten en hun projecten overhevelen naar anderen. Oxfam Australie is een van de laatste vier en zal zijn provinciale kantoren gaan sluiten in Juni 2012 en het kantoor in Phnom Penh in december 2012. Mijn opdracht is om te helpen in dit proces en het management en de staf ondersteunen in de HR aspecten ervan. Een groot deel van mijn tijd zal ik besteden aan 1 op 1 coaching van de staf, in het vinden van een nieuwe baan. Wellicht dat ik de laatste maanden van 2012 ook consultancy ga doen voor de andere Oxfam kantoren, maar het zou zelfs kunnen dat ik gevraagd wordt om te helpen bij Oxfam Australie in Laos. Spannende zaken dus!

[description] => Ik ben begonnen met werken in Cambodja via VSO (Volunteer Organisation Overseas) voor 2 jaar als Human Resource Development Adviseur bij het Ministerie van Bosbouw, Landbouw en Visserij in Cambodia. Ik woon in een fijn appartement in de hoofdstad van Cambodia, Phnom Penh en mag (gelukkig) ook wat zakenreizen gaan maken naar enkele provinciale kantoren. Zo zal ik een groter deel van het land gaan leren kennen. De opdracht was om een HR Development plan op te zetten en te implementeren voor zowel de centrale als de decentrale staf. Omdat HR onbekend is binnen de overheid van Cambodja, zochten ze externe hulp. Ik heb in 2011 in samenwerking met de Cambodjaanse staf van HRD een stapje voorwaarts kunnen zetten in 2012 door opzetten en uitvoeren van een trainingsprogramma en een ontwikkelingen van een HRD Beleid voor de komende 9 jaar en HRD plannen voor de komende drie jaar. Helaas kon ik de implementatie van de plannen niet zelf doen - wegens capaciteit bij de organisatie zelf en de taalproblemen - en was ik genoodzaakt om eerder mijn opdracht te verlaten dan gewenst. Ik heb echter gezorgd dat ze andere externe ondersteuning krijgen in 2012 voor de implementatie van de plannen.
Sinds 9 Januari 2012 werk ik voor Oxfam Australie in Cambodja als Change en HR Manager. Oxfam International heeft besloten om de acht verschillende Oxfam's die werken in Cambodia samen te voegen in een Single Management Structure. Vier zullen hun eigen staf houden in de nieuwe organisatie structuur en de andere vier zullen sluiten en hun projecten overhevelen naar anderen. Oxfam Australie is een van de laatste vier en zal zijn provinciale kantoren gaan sluiten in Juni 2012 en het kantoor in Phnom Penh in december 2012. Mijn opdracht is om te helpen in dit proces en het management en de staf ondersteunen in de HR aspecten ervan. Een groot deel van mijn tijd zal ik besteden aan 1 op 1 coaching van de staf, in het vinden van een nieuwe baan. Wellicht dat ik de laatste maanden van 2012 ook consultancy ga doen voor de andere Oxfam kantoren, maar het zou zelfs kunnen dat ik gevraagd wordt om te helpen bij Oxfam Australie in Laos. Spannende zaken dus!
